Welcome to my Substack! I’m Professor of Politics at Goldsmiths, University of London, where I specialise in European political ideas and politics (see my staff page here for the academic details). On this site I’ll be making occasional remarks and observations on things of interest around my research and events.
If, like me, you’re interested in language and politics, then this may well be of interest to you. If you are also drawn to questions of leadership in politics (in a broad rather than narrowly psychological sense) then we’ll definitely be on good terms. But if you also share an interest in Italian political thought, culture and history, then we were made for each other! Where have you been?
